This project showcases what can be achieved when renovation and specialist tiling come together seamlessly.

During a full strip-out, we uncovered significant hidden defects behind the walls, including unsafe structural elements, poor workmanship, and non-compliant plumbing and electrics. Each issue was addressed from first principles, with full floor repairs and a complete re-routing of services to make the space safe, compliant, and future-proof before any finishes were applied.

Once the foundations were secure, we focused on design. Through detailed consultations, we worked closely with the client to refine the vision, producing drawings and specifications to ensure every element was intentional, cohesive, and agreed.

The final scheme combines large-format stone effect tiles with precision-installed wood effect porcelain, introducing warmth, texture, and architectural rhythm. A high-spec bathroom suite anchors the space, featuring a freestanding bath, rainfall shower, and brushed brass detailing throughout. Integrated LED lighting in the shower niche adds depth and subtle drama, elevating both form and function.

Every line, junction, and finish has been carefully considered and executed to the highest standard. The result is a space that feels calm, luxurious, and timeless.
