This project showcases a full bottom level transformation, with the flooring flowing seamlessly from the rear of the property through to the front door, creating a continuous high-end finish throughout.

The client chose Yukon LVT in Desert Dune Herringbone, a warm and contemporary tone that adds depth, texture, and visual interest across the entire ground floor. The herringbone layout was carefully planned to ensure clean lines and perfect alignment as the flooring moves through each space.

All existing skirtings were removed before installation, allowing the floor to be fitted wall to wall for a truly professional result. New skirtings were then installed throughout, providing sharp perimeter detailing and a refined, finished look.

The installation spans the living room, hallway, kitchen, dining area, utility room, and bathroom, unifying the entire bottom level into one cohesive design.

As part of the wider works, Limitless Tiling Scotland completed a small hexagon splashback, highlighting the seamless collaboration within the Limitless Group. This approach gives clients a true one-stop-shop experience, ensuring consistency in quality, communication, and programme management from start to finish.

The completed space balances durability with luxury, delivering a practical yet elegant flooring solution designed to perform in everyday living while elevating the overall aesthetic of the home.
